The Content is either owned by us or the property of our licensors, operational service providers, advertisers, advertising partners or other third parties and is protected by the federal and state laws of the United States as well as international laws, regulations and contracts in force abroad. You agree not to reproduce, transmit, distribute, distribute, sell, publish, send or transmit any content to other persons or entities without the prior written consent of ahca. “Marks” means trademarks, service marks, logos, trademarks and marks, trademarks and trade names and all other distinctive identifiers. You must not modify, remove, conceal or conceal any reference to copyright or any other reference to the Content, circumvent Digital Rights Management or other technologies, or attempt to use the AHCA Content or Services in violation of this Agreement, the law or regulation.

You may not use, store or do anything with the Content unless expressly permitd to do so by this Agreement. Without our prior written consent, you may not use computerized or automatic mechanisms to access, scrape, extract or download the Content, or use the AHCA Services in an unlawful or harmful manner.7. Upload data to the search tool. Some registered users have the option to upload data to certain areas of the Websites via data collection and reporting tools provided by AHCA (“User Uploaded Data”). The data uploaded by the user must strictly adhere to the instructions and policies provided by AHCA. These guidelines contain, among other things, restrictions and requirements that must be met by the data uploaded by the user. 14. HIPAA. AHCA services must meet 45 CFR 160 and 164 with respect to identifiable health information. .
